Credit Reports After Bankruptcy

"What happens to my credit report after bankruptcy?" This is a question commonly asked by consumer debtors when considering whether to file bankruptcy. Unfortunately, creditors, debt collectors and debt buyers know this and use this to their advantage. While bankruptcy is suppossed to give a debtor a "fresh start", many people are denied this right by the wanton negligence and intentional acts of abusive creditors and debt collectors.
